In his career, Amitabh has been associated with some memorable music. Being a poet’s son, music was probably flowing in his veins. Some evergreen melodies are associated with his movies from early years (Abhiman, Kabhi Kabhi etc.). However, there was a phase in early and mid 80’s where film makers who used Amitabh in their movies, did not feel the need to pay attention to music department and we got some mediocre music in that era. Lately, with his choice of roles and movie-makers, we are getting eclectic music again from his movies.
